The location of this place is stunning and close to the city center, making it convenient to visit Bar Alla Fontana for a nightcap just a minute walk away.

Hotel was beautifully decorated and great, greatly enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was great, it consisted of cereal and fruit.

Very charming hotel - which is more like a bed and breakfast. Nice and big room, pool on the back, and quiet situation which is much apprecieted in Desenzano. Warm welcome and friendly staff

We liked very much the location of villa,beautiful decoration of interior and outdoor garden and swimming pool.

Convenient location right by the town center, lake, and train station, as well as a roundabout nearby. the pool area is nice, and they serve a great breakfast with tasty pastries and even bacon 🥓.

Friendly and approachable manager /owner?. Good quite situation with easy access to lake front (shops, bars etc) Also easy walking distace from railway station (downhill if arriving) and for buses (you can buy tickets on the bus) etc to other places if required. The Villa was set in beautiful grounds and has a swimming pool. Most of the time the place was so quite it was like having your own villa. The room was spacoius and had lots of storage and space.We also were lucky enough to have a balcony.(Room called Davide) It happened to be my wife's birthday when we were there and she was presented with a bottle of fizzy at breakfast (nice touch).The air conditioning system was also great. Breakfast is traditional continental and was good.

Charming and personal accomodation. Well managed, excellent location in Desenzano. Near lake shore and trainstation. We liked the atmosphere and feeling at the Bed and breakfast.

Maybe the hostess seemed a little tired and in need of a vaccation of her own but a nice and warmhearted lady:)

The rooms were pretty standard with a nice, spacious double size. They had a bathroom and a lovely view of the garden 🌿.

The owner was really friendly and helpfull. Hotel is really beatyful and the pool was great. Location is nice, it is short walk from a town center, but area is quiet and peacefull.

Lovely villa. Swimming pool available for guests' use. Very nice lady who received us and out out a very good breakfast before the normal start time. Only a short walk to the shore of Lake Garda and many good bars ad restaurants.

Not a major issue, but the villa is in he town and surrounded by other houses.

The hotel is quiet and cozy, with a lovely view of the courtyard, and we loved the delicious breakfast they served.

The most wonderful place! The very nice hostess Maria gave us bananas when we couldn´t find a shop. She put out breakfast earlier the morning we left so we could have it. A great pool my teenager loved, very beautiful surroundings. The last evening we found a massage chair in the upper floor that we used, perfect! The room was very nice and the bathroom with jacuzzi was beautiful! We would love to go there again!

Everything was perfect! We can´t find anything to complain about!! :D

Excellent location, 5 minute walk to both the railway station, or Lake Garda. Very friendly english speaking staff.
